  • With Other Users: Artist profiles are publicly visible. Booking information is shared between artists and clients.
  • With Service Providers: We use Stripe for payment processing and other third-party services to operate our platform.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. We collect minimal payment-related data necessary for transaction records and platform fees.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want your online activity tracked. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for how to respond to them.
